If he's as sick as he claims to be he shouldn't be fronting OM&M anyway. He's not going to be miraculously cured, and Warped is incredibly grueling. If he couldn't do a relatively low impact tour due to health reasons, he definitely shouldn't be claiming he'll be doing Warped. Sorry Austin, you can't pick and choose which tours you "can" do based on weather or not you get a bus. it's hard to believe he is still up to the antics he pulled when he was in AA but jaxin has showed more character than austin has so i'm going to have to side with him. sucks for austin because this was all behind his back and not to his face, he is not going to play warped and the CD hasn't even been out a month.
its obviously not true. the show in Sacramento was obviously planned because they sync up with each other and no one acts surprised and he's obviously not drunk. either the rest of the band is total assholes for makin the stuff up, or its a joke or some idiot made it all up
Holy shit you are a retard. Yes, it was planned that he appear on stage with them, but it wasn't planned for him to show up drunk to the show and be stumbling around on stage and falling over. If you saw a video of the show and watched Austin you would see that he was clearly drunk. The problem wasn't that he showed up, it was that he was trashed when he showed up.
So, the next thing i need to know is... who is gunna replace him? Jerry Rousch? cause if so, OMAM just became a top band in my opinion Jerry Rousch was one of the top frontman I've ever seen lead a top notch band like OMAM...
OMAM isnt really a top notch band, but Jerry would certainly raise the bar. He seems to be the obvious choice but at the same time, he is adamantly not Christian and hates singing Poker Face haha. Idk how well it would turn out.

I've known Austin for several years here in Columbus. I don't listen to his music, but he'd come to hardcore shows a lot. I can honestly tell you right now he is NOT sexist or racist. I know nothing about what is currently going on in his band. I just know Austin isn't prejudice. If he was he wouldve had his ass kicked in Columbus long ago.

libel would only be enforced if the label/management (who most likely have ownership of austin in regards to the band) had a problem, which it seems as if they don't have a problem with what's going on. Unless that post gets published into a mainstream print, she should be fine, no matter if she would be taken to court. "Internet" lawsuits are a mind fuck and allot of money. I don't see the label taking further action unless austin is still under contract with RISE and austin demands it. But to even try to take this to court for something so small. Good luck.
